I've Walked
Every Step.

I'm Lucas Bost — a goalkeeper who started in the Sacramento area and worked my way through every level of the game. From Rocklin FC and Placer United to 8 years at Sacramento Republic Academy, Del Oro High School varsity, NCAA Division 2 at Chico State, and now competing NCAA Division 1 at Sacramento State.

I've played semi-professionally in USL2 (San Juan, Iron Rose) and reached the UPSL National Finals with FC Folsom. I know what it takes to develop as a goalkeeper — and I know where the gaps in training usually are.

I coach because I genuinely love this position. I'll push you, but I'll also explain the why behind every drill. Whether you're just starting out or chasing a college roster spot, I'll meet you where you are.
